Chynarkul's story
Chynarkul is 63 years old and married, with two children. She has a secondary education, is familiar with agricultural techniques, and knows how to use resources for their intended purpose. She has been raising livestock since 1979, and this is her family's main source of income. Thanks to Chynarkul's hard work, her farm presently consists of five cows, 19 sheep, five horses, and a 2.61-hectare plot of irrigated land on which she grows barley and alfalfa.
In order to develop her business further, Chynarkul has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to buy pedigree cattle with the aim of increasing her cattle-breeding income. She plans to put the income generated by the loan into developing her farm yet further, increasing her headcount, and improving her family's living conditions.
