Maybelyn's story

Maybelyn is a 25-year-old businesswoman residing in Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija. She is happily married to Hector, a tricycle driver, and they are blessed with one child. To earn a living, she has been engaged in the tailoring business for almost three years. In addition to her income are the earnings of her husband as a tricycle driver.

Maybelyn is a new client of Alalay sa Kaunlaran (ASKI) Inc. and has been granted a loan amounting to PHP 40,000 under ASKI's Water, Sanitation and Hygiene loan program. Her loan will be used to buy materials like cement, hollow blocks, tiles, galvanized roof, lumber, etc. for the construction of their comfort room.
