Th_Seynabou Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy millet and other foodstuffs to resell.

Th_Seynabou Group's story

This group is made up of fifteen women who are part of the banc villageois that was launched in June 2015. The women live in the same village. They are relatives and friends who share solid values of mutual understanding and support. They work primarily running businesses. They have successfully repaid more than 6 loans.

Adama, the representative, on the right of the photo with her hand raised, is 49 years old. She is married and the mother of six children, including two daughters.

Adama runs a business selling millet porridge. She buys the
ingredients necessary to prepare it at the central market and resells it in her village by going door-to-door. She has over 15 years of experience in this sector.

With her loan, she intends to buy 1 bag of millet, 1 bag of rice, peanuts and 1 bag of sugar, and to pay for the transportation costs. She makes a good profit as many in her neighbourhood enjoy her porridge.
Her profits will allow her to manage her needs and help her husband cover family expenses.
