Jane's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy feeds.

Jane's story

Jane is 56 years old, married and blessed with four children. One is above 18 years, but the other three are under eighteen and still in school. She is a dairy farmer and also grows maize for sale. She has been in this business for thirteen years and earns an average monthly income of KES 20,000.

This is her first loan. She has borrowed KES 50,000, which she will use to buy animal feeds for her cows. She is hopeful this will improve the cows' milk production and hence result in more profits from the sale of the milk. The anticipated profits from the improved business will be used to repay the loan.
