Rodolfo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to build a bathroom and install a toilet in his home.

Rodolfo's story

Rodolfo is a 52 year-old man who is married, a businessman, and the father of two children. He works selling beef door-to-door and he has been in this field for 16 years. Currently he has his license to butcher meat once per week at a local establishment, which is located in the market of the city where he lives. He began as a farmer and noticed that the sale of beef would allow him to increase his capital more quickly and it offered the best income. With the help of his wife he has used this work to survive. He is asking for a loan from Kiva's field partner FUNDENUSE in order to build a bathroom and install a toilet in his home. He will buy sand, cement, blocks, and a toilet with its components. The impact of this loan will be very positive for his family and himself since it will help them to improve their hygienic situation. His future plan is to be able to buy some land to farm and to continue improving his home.
