Rosa Margarita's story

Rosa finished the sixth grade in school, is single, and two of her four children are still dependent and go to school.

Rosa makes a living from making and selling corn enchiladas, fried cassava nests (enredos de yuca), and fried snacks, among other items. Additionally, for the last 30 years, she’s sold pork meat; her children help her with her work.

Rosa needs a loan to buy cooking oil, plantains, potatoes, cassava (yuca), corn, etc. to make and sell corn enchiladas, fried cassava nests (enredos de yuca), and fried snacks, among other foods. She dreams of continuing to work, increasing her income, and giving her family a better quality of life.
