Espwa Fe Viv's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy livestock to sell.

Espwa Fe Viv's story

Magdala is a community leader of an entity named "Espwa Fe Viv" which means "Hope Keeps Us Alive". She created an associated entity in 2016 in her neighborhood with 25 women and 10 men. After two years, her group complies with the criteria to be linked with Fonkoze.

That is why she applied for a loan on behalf of her group to allow at least 13 members to buy livestock to resell. This loan hopefully will help the group to cope with possible shocks during this ongoing cyclonic season in Haiti.

More and more ultra poor people in Haiti are using this model to create a better life for their families. This loan will create equal opportunity for the poor people in remote areas. From left to right, you will find in the photo Magdala (president), Amos (member), and Belina (secretary).
