Abzeta's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy 25 boxes of smoked fish and to save for the care of her children.

Abzeta's story

Abzeta is a married woman with four children, two of whom are going to school. She is a street vendor. She sells smoked fish in a market in the capital and in the surrounding neighborhoods. She has done this work for 12 years.

She is on her fourth loan cycle with YIKRI and she has repaid her first Kiva loan without difficulty. She is asking for a new loan to buy 25 boxes of smoked fish to meet customer needs. She plans to use the profits to reinvest in her work and to save for the care of her children.

Finally, she thanks YIKRI and its partners for the support provided to non-bankable entrepreneurs. Due to loans from YIKRI, she is succeeding at saving for the care of her children.
