Serah's story

Serah is 45 years old and she is married with four children and they live in a community in Honiara, capital of Solomon Islands.

She runs a small general store business selling food items such as rice, noodles, biscuits and canned foods in her community to earn a living. She has been in this business for seven years.

Serah has requested a loan to pay for additional bales of rice, sugar, salt and canned foods to increase her supplies and assist her in maintaining her business.

She hopes to use her profits to meet her family's financial expenses and improve her business.

She joined SPBD in 2015.
