Benita is a very hard-working woman who arrived to the Dominican Republic from the neighboring country Haiti. She is 23 years old and came to work and find better living conditions.

Benita is a nurse and always ready to help in her community. Since she was 15, she has sold bedspreads, blankets, mattress covers, curtains, throw pillows, and more. With this business, Benita generates an income to help support her family.
