Hector Raul's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy classified potato seeds, manures, foliar treatments and hire workers to clean the potato crop.

Hector Raul's story

Hector, 30, lives with his partner and son in the indigenous community of the municipality of La Esperanza, Intibuca. He has always worked in agriculture with his father and has been growing potatoes on his own cropland for 14 years. He sells his produce in the same area or at the local market.

He is applying for his seventh loan through the institution, in the amount of 15,000 HNL, which he will use to buy classified potato seeds, manures, foliar treatment and hire workers to clean the potato crop. This way he will have enough supplies to attend to his crops adequately and improve his harvest.

His plan is to continue growing potatoes, renovate his house and give his son a good education.
