Yeiner Rene's story

Yeiner Rene, 21, is a small business owner who lives in the city of Barranquilla with his family. The young entrepreneur continued his father’s shoe business. He used to work as an assistant in the shop and in 2016 took over management when his father offered him this work opportunity.

He now has two employees who are involved in production. His main customers are located in the city center and storehouses around the city of Barranquilla. This activity to date has allowed this business owner to have a stable economy, profit increases and lifestyle improvement.

Currently he is applying for his first CrediKiva loan through the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation to buy materials such as synthetic leather (canvas, fabric, pvc, leather and oilcloth), rubber, thread, linings, cleaners, etc.
