Center 173 Malipayon Women’S Association Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase piglets, sacks of feed, vitamins and other supplies needed to raise the pigs.

Center 173 Malipayon Women’S Association Group's story

Thelma is the President of Center 173 Malipayon Women’s Association which helps its members to earn a living. She has been a member of NWTF for many years, and takes out loans that help a lot in establishing and making her business stable.

She is engaged in sugarcane farming and pig fattening. The members of the Association have banded together in order to earn additional income for their families while helping the community.

Thelma is requesting a loan to purchase piglets, sacks of feed, vitamins and other supplies needed to raise the pigs. She hopes that people in the community can benefit from this project, and someday the group will be strong and can stand by its own profit, with every member happily helping her husband earn a living.

Thelma still continues to encourage other members of NWTF to join the group to improve their lifestyle.
