A loan helped to buy used clothing wholesale to boost her initial capital.

Mashauri Group's story

Madam Charlotte is a client of MFI Hekima and president of the group "Mashauri". Charlotte, age 57, is married and has six children, including three attending school and three already married. Her husband is a civil servant.
She sells used clothes and started her business in 1996 with seed money received from her husband. Subsequently, she obtained a loan from Hekima to support her business. With this new loan, she is going to buy used clothing wholesale to bolster her initial capital. Her business challenges are linked to the American dollar's unstable exchange rate.
She wants to send her children to school and feed her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for their support to non bankable entrepreneurs
