Fanm Pa Chita's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to allow 12 women to buy shoes to retail.

Fanm Pa Chita's story

Mariane is leading an associated institution in a rural area of Haiti named "Fanm Pa Chita" meaning "devoted women". The entity was founded in 2015, and she was successively elected treasurer. They included a new economic activity as well as more people. There are 5 men and 25 women now.

Today, Mariane, on behalf of the group, is looking for a loan on Kiva to allow 15 members to buy shoes in bulk to retail in a flea market. Particularly, Mariane hopes that this loan will strengthen her own small business by buying shoes from the other members.

To manage this loan, four people represent this group. From left to right: Marie Claude (first name) as (member), Elianise (president), Robert (member) and Mariane (treasurer).
