Meerim's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.
Meerim is 32 years old and married, with a daughter. She has post-secondary education. In her nature she is hardworking, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial. She is well familiar with the technology needed to operate an agricultural business, and is able to invest funds as intended. As the primary source of income for her family, she has been practicing animal husbandry since 2000. Thanks to her steady efforts and responsible approach to work, she has been able to expand her farm to have 5 cows, 37 sheep and 2 horses. She also has 1.6 hectares of irrigated land on which she cultivates beans. With the goal of further developing her farm, Meerim has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 100,000 somoni (KGS). This will be used to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk, as well as her profits from cattle breeding. Meerim intends to invest the profits from the loan into the future development of her farm through an increase in her headcount of dairy cows.
