Saikal is 49 years old and married, with a son. She has high school education. In her nature she is hardworking, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial. She is well familiar with the technology behind leading an agricultural business, and is able to invest funds as intended. As the primary source of income for her family, she has been practicing animal husbandry since 2012. She also sells organic milk and cultivates organic beans and vegetables on her property. Thanks to her steady efforts and responsible approach to her business, she has been able to expand her farm to have 2 cows and 20 sheep. As well, she has 0.96 hectares of irrigated land on which she cultivates organic beans. With the goal of further developing her business, Saikal has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 80,000 somoni (KGS). This will be used to purchase pedigree dairy cows with the aim of increasing her sales of organic milk, as well as her income from cattle breeding.
