Rubia Emely's story

Rubia is single and lives with her two children. She seems like a married person from her documentation, but really she is separated from her husband. Rubia earns a living by selling tortillas and different food products in her cottage. She has been running her businesses for 4 years and she learned it with help from her mother. She says that in the beginning it was not easy to gain the confidence of her customers', but with effort and a lot of work she has managed to install herself in the market. She works from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

She is asking for a loan to buy corn, lime and propane gas, as well as to invest in drinks, cold cuts, condiments and other items. Thus she will be able to maintain the production of tortillas and food sales in the cottage. She hopes that with the financial support that the loan gives her that her business will grow, as she will diversify the dishes that she sells in the cottage and she will strengthen the inventory for selling the tortillas.

Her dreams are to make her business grow and to generate greater income, with which she will give a better quality of life to her family.
