Natália's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy veggies from small farmers in her community and sell to the market in order to increase the income and well-being of her family.

Natália's story

Natália is a 25-year-old Mozambican woman who is married and lives in Sussundenga with her husband and their two children. She learned from her parents how to plant crops, mainly vegetables. Natália is passionate about agriculture. As she was growing up, she started to dedicate herself more on agriculture as a business.

She started to travel to the villages of Sussundenga to look for better-quality vegetables and supply to her clients. Nowadays, she counts regular and good clients that often buy her veggies.

Since the number of clients is increasing and Natália can´t supply all demand alone, she needs to collect more veggies from other small farmers. This is why she is requesting a Kiva loan, to buy veggies from small farmers in her community for resale in the market in order to increase the income and well-being to her family.
