Tursunay's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her volume of milk sales to a factory.

Tursunay's story

Tursunay is 37 years old, married and has 4 children. She has a high school education and since 2013, the main source of income for her family has been from raising livestock. Thanks to her hard work and her husband's help, Tursunay has 8 cows, 15 sheep and a horse on her farm today.

Tursunay has an agreement to deliver organic milk to a local plant for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Tursunay applied for 150,000 som (KGS) from Bai Tushum Bank after learning that she can receive the loan based on her contract for future deliveries as part of the product "value chain". She will purchase dairy cows to increase her volume of milk sales. Payments for the milk from the plant will be deposited directly into her bank account and loan payments automatically deducted. The income from the loan will help Tursunay further invest in her farm, improve her living conditions and give her children a quality education.
