Margarita's story

Doña Margarita is a 52-year-old single mother who has four children. She lives with two of her children and her grandchildren in the town of San Pedro Sula, Cortés. For the past three years, she has been buying and selling merchandise. Margarita sells shirts, trousers, watches, blouses, undergarments, and other products. This business generates a very good income.

Doña Margarita wants to invest in her business, so she is requesting a loan from ODEF in the amount of 15,000 HNL. She will buy merchandise such as shirts, blouses, skirts, dresses, trousers, undergarments, jeans, watches, and other items. This will help restock her business so that she can generate more income.

Her goal is to have her own shop where she can establish her business and increase her clientele.
