Mohammad's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

Mohammad's story

Mohammad is a 24-year-old married Syrian refugee and a father of two children. He is employed in a coffee shop, where he benefits from a fixed monthly salary to cover his family's daily living expenses. Mohammad is a striving father, who works hard for the sake of his family and to provide them with a decent life. He fled to Lebanon in 2011 seeking better living conditions and a stable working environment.

He is acquiring a refugee loan product from Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua to pay for his new house's maintenance expenses (paint). His previous loan was acquired to pay for his wife's residency permit fees.

The persistent father hopes to stay capable of improving his family's living conditions.
