Shirin's story

Shirin is 23 years old, married and has 2 children. She has a high school education and knows farming technology well and how to invest properly. Since 2015, the main source of income for her family has been from raising livestock. Thanks to her hard work, Shirin has on her farm today 7 cows, 50 sheep and 3 horses, as well as a .9 hectare plot of land on which she grows alfalfa.

To further develop her farm, Shirin has turned to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase bull calves to increase her income from cattle breeding. With the income from the loan, Shirin plans to invest in further developing her farm.
