Mokozi Group's story
Jeannette is a customer of the MFI Hekima and the leader of the solidarity group Mokozi. She is a widow, 49 years old, and has four children who all attend school.
She sells clothing. She started her business in 2012 with funds she received from a savings group that she was a member of at the time. Later, she requested a loan from Hekima to strengthen her business.
With this new loan, she plans to buy pagnes (highly colourful and decorative West African cloth) wholesale to strengthen her business. The main challenge faced by her business is that she does not have enough customers.
She would like to build a brick house for her family.
Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they give to non-bankable entrepreneurs.
