Gauta's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy water tank, chemicals, vegetables seeds, soil, and a rake.

Gauta's story

Gauta is a 35-year-old married woman with four children. She has a business of selling vegetables, such as cabbages and cucumbers, in her community so that she can earn a living. Gauta has three years of experience with this business. She is a Samoan citizen and works very hard to satisfy her customers with fresh vegetables. Gauta delivers her vegetables to different villages with a wheelbarrow every day, except Saturdays and Sundays. She also believes that transporting her products with a wheelbarrow makes her strong, healthy, and happy.

Gauta needs a loan to purchase more equipment such as a water tank, chemicals, vegetables seeds, soil, and a rake. This will allow her to take her business to the next level. Her dream is to one day earn enough money to buy her own vehicle that she can use for her business and to take her children to school. Gauta became a member of SPBD in 2019.
