Losana's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to renovate her house and also to improve their bathroom.

Losana's story

Losana is 66 years old. She is a widow with six grown children. All her children finished school and have their own families. She is living with her eldest daughter and her family.

Her businesses include weaving and tapa making. For her weaving business, she runs it on her own at home, but for the tapa making, she joins with a group of women, and they conduct the tapa making once every week. During their tapa making, they make lots of tapa of different types and sizes. Losana weaves different weaving products, and when her products are ready for sale, she sells them to families overseas, local people, and also at the market.

She is one of the trusted clients of the SPBD, and that is why she is in the SME loan program. She is hoping to use her loan money to renovate their house and also improve their bathroom. Her vision for the future is to build up a retail store for her family.
