Carolina's story

Ms. Carolina is a dynamic member of our institute. She is married and has 2 young children. She has been working in our institute for three loan cycles, demonstrating punctuality and responsibility. Ms. Carolina sells clothing and toys for a living. She obtains the merchandise in bulk as they come in from abroad. She receives a wide variety of apparel and toys, from good quality to bad. Her stand is located in the 16 de Julio zone in the market that goes by the same name. A wide variety of merchandise is offered there, from needles to cars. Her business is located on Panoramica Avenue, which is a popular area in El Alto because of the affordable products that are sold there. Her husband works as a taxi cab driver. This loan will be invested in purchasing toys and apparel wholesale. She is very grateful to Emprender and to Kiva for the trust she has been given when receiving her loans.
