Maria Flor's story

María is a rural woman, humble, responsible, and hard-working. She lives in the rural community of Chiles Bajo. Her household is made up of her spouse and child. The three work as day laborers. In addition, María works raising small animals such as chickens and pigs. In this way, she contributes income for the household necessities.

María is grateful for the support she has received from Kiva since it has allowed her to get out of some difficulties. She asks for help again to continue investing in raising pigs, for which she needs to purchase boards, pigs, balanced feed, potatoes, and whey. With this increase, she will be able to continue working to bring her family a decent life.
