A loan helped to build a barn and to purchase livestock in order to increase her income from breeding livestock.

Toktobubu's story

Toktobubu is 64 years old, married and has three children. Toktobubu has a high school education. She knows agricultural technology well, and is able to invest money efficiently. As a main source of income for her family, she has worked with livestock breeding since 1989. Thanks to Toktobubu's persistent work, her farm currently has eight cows, three horses and also 3.0 hectares of land, on which she grows beans.

With an aim to further develop her business, Toktobubu turned to the bank "Bai Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to build a barn and to purchase cows. She aims to increase her income from livestock breeding. Toktobubu plans to invest the income from the loan in further developing her business, and in improving her family's well-being.
