Shahri's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy livestock to increase her income from fattening and reselling livestock.

Shahri's story

Shahri has repaid her loan after using it as intended. She is very thankful to Kiva and everyone who responded and helped to finance her loan. Thanks to Shahri's persistent hard work, her farm presently has four cows, 10 sheep, and 0.64 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows apricots.

With the aim or further developing her farm, Shahri has again applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to purchase livestock for fattening up and selling. Shahri plans to use the funds from the loan to further increase her number of domestic livestock.
