Cesar Paul's story

The city of Portoviejo was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016. This city is rich in the production of vegetables and tropical fruit.

Cesar, 29, is single and has no children. He lives in his parents' house. Along with his family, he has a small farm where he has lemon and mango trees, and he cultivates cilantro. He farms all year long, and he has 2 farmhands who care for the farm and work the land. They harvest mangoes each week and deliver them to a commercial center where they are suppliers. The also have a stall where they sell peeled mangoes with salt and lemon in disposable cups. They have a female employee there who serves the customers every day.

With this new loan, they will buy a computer for their niece, who is studying accounting and does the books for their business, so that she can continue with her studies. Cesar's dreams are to have an orchard with a lot of mango trees, and to see his family in good health.
