Ceele Youth Savings Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy seeds.

Ceele Youth Savings Group's story

Jennifer (in the yellow dress) is the fifty-year-old mother of three children who all attend school in Soroti.

She and her husband grow beans, millet, rice, and vegetables. With an increasing market for vegetables in her region, Jennifer wants to become a supplier of vegetables.

She is requesting a loan from VisionFund Uganda to buy quality seeds.

She hopes that, with quality seeds, she will be able to get high yields that she can later sell in the markets.

With income from the sales, she hopes to build a permanent house for her family and also to save money for her children's future education.

Jennifer is grateful to Kiva for the financial support.
