A loan helped to buy another dairy cow to meet the demand for milk in her area so she can make profits to improve her living condition.

Caroline's story

Caroline (67-year-old mom of five children) is an ambitious, smallholder farmer and looks to a future when she is the leading supplier of milk in her area. She's working very hard each day to fulfill her dream. Caroline owns a small plot of land on which she has been practicing mixed farming for more than few years. She grows a variety of crops and keeps dairy cows.

The income she makes from selling milk and crops is insufficient to meet her family's expenses. She needs to improve her income level, and that is why she is seeking a loan to buy a quality dairy cow.

Caroline passionately loves dairy farming. She plans to buy not just an ordinary cow, but a quality breed of cow that will produce more milk. The additional milk will result in additional income, and hence improved living conditions. The income generated from selling the milk will be used to fully repay the loan and will also go towards improving her living conditions.

She will also benefit from cow manure, which will be used to increase the fertility level of her farm, hence increasing productivity.

Caroline needs a little help so that she can improve her milk selling business and can accomplish her dreams; loan now!
