A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk sales she sells to a factory.

Meerim's story

Meerim is 35 and married with a daughter. She has a higher education and has been working in animal husbandry since 2005 as the primary source of income for her family. She knows the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and knows how to manage a budget. Thanks to her hard work she currently has three cows, 19 sheep and three horses on her farm as well as 2.4 hectares of irrigated land where she grows alfalfa.

With the goal of further developing her farm, Meerim has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 120,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase her income from selling organic milk. She plans to put income from the loan into further developing her farm and improving her family's well-being.
