Louga_Ndieyenne Sagatta Djoloff Group's story

This group is composed of 32 women who share strong relationships through solidarity and assistance. They live in the same village and seized the opportunity to join the banc villageois when it was established in the area in September 2015. Their main occupation is small business.

Mrs. Absa, (located on the far right of the photo with her hand raised), is the representative of the group. She is 34 years old. She is married with 5 children, one of which is 7 years old. She has a small business selling juice and ice cream, and has plenty of experience in this line of work as she has been doing it for several years.

With this loan, she plans to buy a refrigerator in order to make ice cream and juice to sell in her village.

With the profits, she will strengthen her business by buying sheep and increase her savings within the banc villageois.
