Kanyshai is 62, widowed, and a heroic mother to five children. She has completed secondary education. She has a kind and outgoing character. As primary income for her family, she works in animal husbandry and grows crops. Thanks to Kanyshai's tireless work, she currently has five cows, 20 sheep, and two horses on her farm. She also has a plot of land measuring 1.89 hectares where she grows cotton and barley.

In order to further develop her business, Kanyshai turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 150,000 KGS, so as to buy cattle and increase her income from cattle breeding.
