Nurgul's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy cows so as to increase her volume of milk sales to a factory.

Nurgul's story

Nurgul is 44 years old, married and has two children. Nurgul has secondary education. As a main source of income for her family she has been raising livestock and growing farm produce since 2016. Thanks to Nurgul’s hard work and the help of her husband on the farm, at present she has four cows, 15 sheep, two horses as well as a land plot of 2.5 ha [6 acres], where she grows beans.

Nurgul has a contract to supply organic milk to a local dairy factory for processing into dairy products. This allows Nurgul to keep investing in her agricultural business. Having learned that she is able to take out a loan from Bai Tushum bank with her contract for future sales as a caution, Nurgul has applied for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) in order to buy dairy cows, to increase the milk sales volume. Payments for milk from the factory will be transferred directly to Nurgul’s bank account, and her payments for the loan will be automatically deducted.

The revenues from this loan will allow Nurgul to develop her business further and to provide quality education for her children.
