Altynai's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her cattle headcount and organic milk sales.

Altynai's story

Altynai, 19, is married and has a daughter. She has completed higher education. As primary income for her family, she works with livestock. Her neighbors speak of her as a cheerful, honest, and hardworking woman. Thanks to Altynai's tireless work, and the help of her spouse with the household, she currently has 16 cows on her farm.

Altynai has a contract to deliver organic milk to the local factory in order to process it into dairy products. This allows Altynai to continually invest in her agricultural business.

Altynai learned that, through Bai Tushum Bank, she can obtain a loan on pledge of contract for future delivery through the Value Chain [loan product]. She applied for a loan in the amount of 150,000 KGS to buy dairy cows, so as to increase the number of her herd as well as the volume of milk sales. The factory payments for the milk will be transferred directly to Altynai's bank account, and the loan repayments will be deducted automatically.

The income from the loan will help Altynai further increase her herd, improve the material well-being of her family, and provide a quality education for her daughter.
