Osina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fresh fish, potatoes, flour, cooking oil and food containers for her business.

Osina's story

Osina is 49 years old and married with seven children. They live in a rural community in Honiara, capital of Solomon Island.

She runs a small business selling fish and chips in her community and at the market to earn a living. She has been in this business for more than 10 years.

Osina has requested a loan to pay for additional fresh fish, potatoes, flour, cooking oil and food containers to assist her in running her business.

She joined SPBD in 2013 to gain access to financial services.

With her profits, Osina hopes to meet her family's weekly expenses.
