Zhumakadyr's story

Zhumakadyr, age 56, is married and is raising five children. Zhumakadyr has a secondary education. He is engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming as the primary source of income for his extended family. Thanks to Zhumakadyr's responsible work approach and hard work, his farm currently has three cows, 20 sheep, three horses, and a 0.81-hectare plot of land where he grows clover.

In order to further develop his business, Zhumakadyr applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 70,000 som (KGS) to buy livestock in order to increase his income from breeding livestock. Zhumakadyr plans to invest profits from the loan in the expansion of his farm and plans to set aside a part to give his children a quality education.
