Sd-Seune Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for palm oil, sugar, and cashew nuts to sell.

Sd-Seune Group's story

This group is composed of 21 women sharing the same work and the same constraints. The women live in the same village and joined the 'banc villageois' in town in January 1997. Small-scale commerce is their main revenue-generating work.

Ms. Seune, who is standing with a hand raised, is the group's representative. She is 61, married, and the mother of six children. She has three children to support in addition to her own.

With her new loan, she intends to pay for some cashew nuts, palm oil, and sugar to sell. The earning will be used to boost her savings for covering her children’s healthcare and for buying furniture for her salon.
