Sinai's story

Sinai is a 36 year old divorced woman with 3 children. She runs a business selling taro and bananas in her community to earn a living. She has 4 years of experience with this business. Sinai works very hard to please her customers with her fresh taro and bananas and even delivers her products to the flea market by using the bus for transportation.

She would like to earn more income by planting more banana and taro, but needs a loan in order to do this. Sinai will buy taro roots and banana tubes (seedlings), chemicals, a back pack sprayer and a chainsaw to help her with the business.

Sinai comes from a family where no one else works to earn a living, so only her business helps to meet her family's needs. Her dream is that one day her family will be have a great standard of living. She became a member of SPBD in 2019 to seek finance for her business.

Sinai realizes that your support will be a big help for her and her family to help with financing.
