Kerly Yajaira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy casual and sports shoes, sandals and tennis shoes of different styles and designs.

Kerly Yajaira's story

Kerly is a young, single mother of 25 years of age. She is enterprising, sociable and extroverted, and lives with her children (of 6, 3 and 1 year of age), her mother and brothers.

Kerly has always worked from a young age and in order to support her children she looked for all kind of work. She sells quail eggs from her little stand outside schools, then she goes to a food stand to work helping to serve and to wash dishes. She does this until 3pm, then she walks the streets of the city offering her shoes.

Kerly dreams of setting up her own shop selling shoes and having her own food stall, although she wants to start with her store first. She is asking for help to buy more casual shoes, sports shoes, sandals and tennis shoes of any style and design. In this way she will get closer to her dream as well as increase her income that she will use to cover medical care expenses required by her one-year-old daughter who, since she was born premature, has many health complications.
