Louga_Montagne Nord 3 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy some young chicken and poultry feed.

Louga_Montagne Nord 3 Group's story

This group consists of 25 women who share strong ties of solidarity and mutual assistance. They live in the same neighborhood and have seized the opportunity to join this banc villageois when it was founded, locally, in August 2009. Their main activity is small retail business and poultry farming.

Ndeye Codou, standing at the far right in the photo with her hand raised, is the group's representative. She is 50 years old, divorced, and the mother of nine children (four girls and five boys) who all go to school. She is involved in poultry farming. She has a good experience in this field of work, as she has been involved in this activity for several years.

She plans to use her loan to buy some crates of young chickens and some poultry feed. She will raise her chickens and resell them after 45 days.

She will use her profits to cover her own needs and those of her children.
