Purity's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy another dairy cow for this humble mum to improve her milk vending business and earn more money to care for her loving family.

Purity's story

Meet Purity (pictured above with her youngest child). As a humble mom, Purity had encountered many setbacks before she realized that nature had blessed her with a good climate for crop and dairy farming. Therefore, she made the decision to take on farming instead of looking for a white-collar job. Starting a farm was the best decision she has ever made in her entire life. Purity has been in the business of mixed farming for more than 10 years. Milk and bananas are her main sources of income. While she loves dairy farming the most, her greatest challenge is the lack of enough capital feed to feed her livestock.

She is borrowing money to buy another dairy cow. In addition to a loan, she is also receiving Juhudi Kilimo training, which will help her to develop a savings culture. This loan will be of benefit to Purity’s family in that they will have more milk for consumption and sale, so their living standards will improve. Be inspired to lend to this zealous woman!
