He deals in farming mostly growing bananas for commercial purposes alongside other crops such as cassava, beans and maize. He also has a retail shop for day- to-day earning for family survival. He was inspired by the desire to generate incomes to support his family. He is requesting for a loan facility to buy additional land for banana plantation expansion to earn big through selling more bananas. However, he complains of inadequate capital and pests and diseases hinder his progress. With the available opportunity to borrow, he hopes to develop and expand his business to become a model farmer and in the long run he will acquire a vehicle to ease transportation of bananas to urban centers with good prices.
