A loan helped to buy more creams, lotions, blouses, pants and sandals.

Perla Miriam's story

Perla is 65 years old and a single mother with three children. She lives with her two underage children in the municipality of El Progreso, Yoro. She works selling goods such as lotions, body creams, make-up, lipstick, powder, blouses, sandals and other products. She has had this business for 12 years. She sells her products in the street and through sales orders.

Perla is in her third loan cycle, and is requesting a loan of 30,000 Honduran lempiras from the organisation. She will use it to buy more creams, lotions, blouses, pants and sandals. This will help her to improve her business, and to stock it with new styles of products to sell. Her plan is to improve her family's quality of life and to improve her business.
