María is 67 years old. She studied through to 6th grade at school. She is a single mother with three adult sons and a daughter who lives with her.

María makes a living making and selling ice-cream like choco-bananas, charamuscas (frozen drinks,) natural drinks, jelly, etc. She has done this for many years and her daughter helps her with the business.
