Tuzamurane Gitanga Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more seeds, fertilizers, etc. in order to cultivate maize, potatoes and beans for sale.

Tuzamurane Gitanga Group's story

Faina is a 35-year-old mother of six children and she is very committed to the wellbeing of her family.

Faina cultivates maize, Irish potatoes, beans and green beans for sale to the community. She has been in this business for the past 19 years and she has two employees to help her.

Changes of atmosphere prevent her from reaching her sales targets, and that is the reason she is requesting this loan. She wants the loan in order to purchase more seeds, fertilizers, etc. to cultivate a large quantity of maize, Irish potatoes, beans and Green beans for sale.

With any profits, Faina will be able to pay the school fees for her children and continue expanding her business.

This loan is an agricultural loan. The members in the group will pay the interest rate each month, but after harvest will pay the principle in balloon payment.

Faina is the leader of TUZAMURANE GITANGA Group and she is the one holding some papers and passbook in her hands. She is truly thankful for Kiva lenders who will make this loan.
