Zamira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her volume of milk sales to a factory.

Zamira's story

Zamira is 43 years old, a widow, and has 3 children. Zamira has a secondary education. As the main source of income for her family she has been working with livestock and agriculture since 2018. Thanks to Zamira's hard work, her farm today has 4 cows, 10 sheep, and a land share of 0.66 hectares where she grows beans.

Zamira has a contract to supply organic milk to the local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows Zamira to continuously invest in her village farming business. Having found out that at the bank "Bai-Tushum," Zamira can get a loan on the security of a contract for future delivery, as part of the value chain product, she applied for a loan in the amount of 80,000 som (KGS) to buy dairy cows, with the goal of increasing her production of milk.

Payments for milk from the factory will be directly deposited into Zamira's bank account, and her loan payments will be automatically deducted. The proceeds from the loan will help Zamira to further develop her farm and give her children a quality education.
